Up Close & Personal with Josh Groban will feature a private performance with Josh at the legendary McKittrick Hotel, in a charming, ornate supper club from out of another time and place. In celebration of the release of Josh’s limited edition book STAGE to STAGE, My Journey to Broadway, you will receive a signed copy. THE McKITTRICK HOTEL
Josh Groban’s intimate performance on Saturday evening will be hosted at the legendary McKittrick Hotel. The McKittrick Hotel is home to the immersive theater spectacle Sleep No More, the rooftop bar and oasis Gallow Green, the jazz-infused nightclub Manderley Bar and the theatrical and musical performance space The Heath, where Josh will perform and connect with fans during a special Q&A session and conversation from the stage. STAGE TO STAGE, MY JOURNEY TO BROADWAY
As a special guest of Up Close and Personal with Josh Groban, you will receive a copy of the brand new, limited edition book, STAGE to STAGE, My Journey to Broadway, which chronicles the experiences that led to Josh’s Broadway debut. The 192-page book features behind the scene images of the 2-year journey that began with the album Stages and culminated with his first performance on Broadway. His performance in The Great Comet also garnered Josh a TONY nomination.
FIND YOUR LIGHT PINOT NOIR
You will enjoy a wine tasting featuring a variety of Halleck Vineyards’ finest, including the limited edition ‘Find Your Light’ Pinot Noir. This Sonoma Coast blend is a collaborative effort between Josh and Halleck Vineyard and leads with a fruity taste with bright minerality and a lingering white pepper finish. Only 100 cases of this special wine were made. Proceeds of wine sales support the Find Your Light Foundation, which funds arts education programs for children throughout North America.
TRAVEL PACKAGES AT THE STEWART HOTEL
If you’re traveling in from out of town, or wanting a place to stay near all of the weekend’s festivities, The Stewart Hotel will capture the buzz of the Big Apple during your stay. The Stewart’s high-energy Midtown location will put you at the crossroads of the city’s most iconic neighborhood districts, across from Pennsylvania Station and Madison Square Garden. You’ll be staying near Chelsea, just steps from Times Square and Fifth Avenue shopping. Travel Packages are available for one or two guests, with options for a Deluxe Room with one Queen Bed or a Studio Suite Room with Two Double Beds as well as a small kitchen.
Guests must be 18+ to check in. The Stewart Hotel is 0.8 miles from The McKittrick, where Saturday’s performance will take place.

Q: Does this Experience have a minimum age?
A: Yes, all event attendees will need to be 16+ years of age. Liquor laws apply for all alcohol elements included in this package including the wine tasting and the open bar – no one under the age of 21 will be able to participate in these package elements.
Q: Do the Travel Packages have a minimum age?
A: Yes. Purchasers must be at least 18 years old to purchase and check into The Stewart Hotel. People under the age of 18 may still occupy a room; however, the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be of the age required for hotel check-in. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: Can I choose where my seat is for the show?
A: During the purchase process, you will automatically be assigned the best available seat(s) at the time of purchase. You will be able to see your ticket location prior to completing your purchase. Please see seating chart below for the layout of the venue:

Q: What dates are the events taking place?
A: The event will take place Friday, November 10th and Saturday, November 11th. Throughout the weekend, guests will enjoy a private performance and Q&A, a photo opportunity with Josh, a 3-course dinner, wine tasting and more. The full itinerary for the weekend will be revealed closer to the event.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets and merchandise?
A: You will pick everything up upon arrival to the event. We will have a check-in location set up for guests on the first day of the event. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an informational email with all the event details including the times and locations. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: If I’m unable to make it to Check-in, how can I receive my merchandise?
A: Your Welcome Basket and signed copy of STAGE to STAGE, My Journey to Broadway must be redeemed on site at our check-in. We are unable to ship out any merchandise post-event.
Q: Is parking included?
A: Parking passes are not included in this package.
Q: Can I take photos on my own camera during the photo opportunity with Josh?
A: A professional photographer will be on hand to capture your moment with Josh. No cell phone pictures, selfies, or personal cameras will be allowed. All photos will be available via download shortly after the event.
Q: Will Josh Groban be signing autographs?
A: Josh will not be signing autographs, however, you will receive a signed copy of STAGE to STAGE, My Journey to Broadway as a part of your package.
Q: Will there be food options to choose from for the 3-course dinner?
A: Yes, options will be available.

Q: What time will the dinner be served on Saturday?

Q: The people attending the event with me may be arriving late. How would they get their tickets, merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets and merchandise at check-in. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone enter the event all at once.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. How can they pick up their tickets on my behalf?
